  • Dealership workspace and customer information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, leads, messages, appointments, attribution, and audit history.

Why we process information

LotLift processes this information to authenticate users, operate dealership CRM and workflow features, ingest authorized lead communications, send dealership-directed communications, manage connected calendar workflows, provide subscriptions, and diagnose errors.

Connected services and third parties

LotLift uses Google Account authentication and, when a dealership authorizes it, Gmail through Google APIs to connect and process lead communications.

Stripe provides payment services. When a dealership connects calendar services, LotLift processes information through Cal.com. Dealerships may select Resend as an email transport. LotLift also uses Error Mom for error diagnostics.

Cookies and similar technologies

LotLift uses functional security, authentication, and referral cookies, including OAuth state and nonce values and referral code values. This notice does not describe advertising pixels, session replay, or analytics tags as active.

Dealership-workspace data

Dealership users supply or authorize the customer data and connected integrations used in their workspace. Those users are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to connect mailboxes and services and to provide dealership workspace data.

Changes to this notice

LotLift may update this notice as product behavior or the information available for the notice changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Contact, jurisdiction, retention, and rights-request information will be added before LotLift represents a privacy-rights request path as available.
